For our professionals, PhotoHires eliminates the amount of time professionals need to spend in managing their shoots, maintaining communications, delivering photos, and managing post-production. And a great experience for them means a great experience for you.

We do the vetting, so you won’t have to worry. All professionals are hand-selected to be experts in their field by PhotoHires photo and video editors. We check portfolios, references, equipment, & skills. Every photographer must have over 5 years of professional experience, professional quality equipment, excellent portfolio and customer recommendations, and possess a great personality and customer service focus.

Our hand-selected photographers use top of the line name brand equipment. Every photographer is equipped with a professional level DSLR (Cannon, Nikon, Sony, etc), an assortment of lenses appropriate to the shoot, one or more flashes and much more. In addition, they carry such necessities as redundant high speed memory cards, multiple charged batteries, and backup equipment in case anything fails.

For specialty shoots, PhotoHires professionals can cary free-standing lights, boom-mics, lapel-mics, and an assortment of equipment as needed.

You can reschedule any booking for free at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If you need to skip a booking within the minimum commitment, we’ll credit the value of the booking to your account. You can use this credit on future shoots.

Cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment are fully refundable.

Last-minute cancellations lead to unfillable time slots in your cleaner’s schedule, so cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are charged in full.

1. You’ll get an email confirmation for your booking from the PhotoHires Concierge.
2. Your photographer will arrive at the time you selected.
3. You will receive your photos within 48 hours of the shoot.

• Based on the time and date of your request, we work to assign the best professional available.
• Like working with a specific pro? Request them in the booking and they’ll be requested first for all future bookings.
• You will receive an email with details about your professional prior to your appointment.

Sure. If you loved the pro you worked with, you can request them again and they will be asked first for your future shoots.

Absolutely. When your pro is assigned for your shoot, you will have access to their profile, portfolio and past work.

Absolutely! Once your booking is submitted, you’ll have the option to leave detailed notes for your pro.
